What is our goal?

Her Optimal was built on the fuel that most successful entrepreneurs run on: female frustration.

2023 was the year I realised just how fiercely women have been left out of healthcare research. According to our 2025 survey, 46% of women don't fully understand their own anatomy. 60% rely on intuition to make decisions about their health.

This is far from coincidental. This is the result of a pattern built upon male-centric standards, chronic underfunding of female research, and an industry that prioritises men over women. Her Optimal is how I hope to bring women together to change this.

How are we helping women?

Our goal is to make sense of all the unanswered questions, so women never need to guess again. Our content is grounded in biological science and backed by female professionals; we make it easier for women to understand their bodies, care for their health, and put their wellbeing first.

Through our blog and social channels, to community events and our online wellness store, we cover every facet of wellbeing through our four key content pillars. We vow to forever challenge misinformation, advocate for research, and give women the fluff-free facts they need to make more informed decisions about their health.

What topics do we cover?

Our content covers four key wellness pillars: physical health, mental health, universal wellbeing and social wellbeing. Each pillar is symbolised by a Greek goddess, honouring the power of feminine mythology and womanhood.
