We have joined forces with Blend Supplements, a rising nutrition brand founded by Essex entrepreneur Joe Monti!

It didn't take us long to realise Her Optimal and Blend are kindred spirits. They’re relatives, born from similar stories with a shared end-goal: to simplify science for underserved audiences. Especially women.

At Her Optimal, our mission has always stayed the same: to close the information gaps in women's health research. Blend does the same for nutrition, through a mix of hormone-focused formulas and nutrient-enriched powders made from natural, unrefined ingredients.

In our 2025 women’s health survey of over thirty participants, here’s what we uncovered.
